Our child sponsorship program addresses the root causes of children’s vulnerability, empowering children, their families, and their communities. Our ministries help rescue abandoned children and then help place them in forever families and then support those families until they become sustainable.

Your sponsor is a real child with a real story. You can get to know your sponsored child through letters and you can even visit your sponsored child and see how your donation is helping transform their family. Often times a child will have multiple sponsors, because that is what is required to care for that child on monthly basis.

Your monthly donation is combined with the donations of other sponsors so we can provide long-term resources for lasting change in each family we care for. Your sponsorship provides for medical care, school costs, food, and the equipping of guardians. If you support the Rescue Infant Home, your donation helps provide for the housing, medical care, diapers, and formula for each baby that is rescued.

Yes, your sponsorship is tax-deductible. At the end of every year, our team will email you a Contribution Statement with all donations made to Project 82 Kenya.

At Project 82 Kenya, we strive for the highest level of financial integrity. We understand that the main priority of our donors is to transform the lives of the children we have been given the privilege to serve. To maximize our impact, we continually strive to keep our overhead rate low to use funding for programs that directly benefit our children, local families, and communities in need. We complete annual independent unqualified audits in both Kenya and the U.S.
